Return Policy

The aim of infashionstore.it ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 15 working days from the day you received the products purchased on infashionstore.it.

1. Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your products by filling out the return order that you find in your reserved area.

We will confirm that you have received your request by sending us your return order via e-mail.

The products to be returned must be sent within fifteen (15) working days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

It is not possible to change the item with another.

2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:
A. The return order request must be completed correctly in your reserved area within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date.
B. Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products. All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because the returned products that do not have it will not be accepted.
D. The products must be returned in their original packaging complete with the same accessories shipped together with the products.
E. Returned products must be shipped from the country where you placed the order.
F. Returned products must be shipped within fifteen (15) days from the date you made your return request.
If you have met all the conditions required, the Seller will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be contacted if your return can not be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. Should you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

3. Shipping

Responsibility for loss or damage of products during transport remains with you.

4. Times and methods of reimbursement

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card or cash payment on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which you knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the conditions above.

The actual time for crediting or returning the amounts you have paid for the purchase of products depends on the payment methods used:

A. purchase by credit/debit card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. Remember that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;

B. cash payment on delivery (if available): the reimbursement takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the repayment time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; normally the re-credit occurs within thirty (30) days. Please remember that you must have a bank account to receive a re-credit related to an order paid on delivery.

C. purchase through PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
